Proposed Solution

The only solution to addiction technology is to learn how to self control ourselves. We need to know our limits for when we use our phones, tablets, and other screens. People who perform experiments by not using their phones for a few days typically find positive results. It allows them to see their surroundings and to interact with the real physical things in life that are not on a screen. We the people have become slaves to these little devices. Relationships have been ruined, people have developed anxiety and ADHD, and it has made us more self conscious of ourselves. It is our job to find it within ourselves to control the amount of time we spend on our devices daily and it's important that more people figure out how dangerous technology really is before it's too late.
